Hi all, Thank you very much for let me join. And please apologize for my poor English. I'm 42 years old and my parents already start collecting coins for me. So I collect coins for 43 years now. I'm interested in world coins, especially from Estonia, Island and India. Hope to learn some new knowledge from you all.

Welcome to you from Canada's west coast. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few Estonian coins, in a very small British Columbia town's thrift store, to add to my world coin collection.

@ Dennman: You never know what you find in places like that. Even in Germany, Estonian coins are very rar.

Welcome, Samnu! Estonian coins are great. I am collecting interwar coins of their neighbor, Latvia.

Hallo Deutschland, weilkommen and wiegates, ich kann nur ine bischen sprechen so ...so I best speak the English. When I was a young soldier stationed at Ernst Ludwig Kaserene in Darmstadt there was a soldier swimming in an old quarry nearby who found a copper Roman dagger submerged at the bottom of the shoreline. This was in 1982 and according to the Stars and Stripes newspaper the Federal Republic of Germany let him keep it. True story. Now what does this have to do with coins? Nothing, but again welcome and if possible show us dine besten markschtuck. Ich habe ein 1983 zwie mark schtuk mitt dopplete auf Dem adler. Ok, so cheers.
