Hello, this coin is thicker than all my other pennies, it weighs 4.65g and is 19mm, any info as to what this is would be greatly appreciated.

Your FE cent is a copper-nickel alloy, used up to 1864 on US cents until a change-over to so-called "Bronze" cents. These early issues are naturally thicker than their later counterparts.

@FBM77, first welcome to CCF. Second, @coinfrog nailed it--the Flying Eagle cents were struck on thicker flans than the Indian Head cents.
