1986 P Lincoln Memorial Cent Struck Through Wire?! (Doesn't Look Like PMD)

I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. It looks like it was Struck Through a wire brush bristle. The area doesn't seem to have any pushups around it, but I'll need all of your opinions to be sure.

@E&V, interesting coin. I agree that the metal around the linear mark does not appear to be "smushed" up as would be expected on a scratch. It also looks like the copper plating is intact in that area, which also points to it being struck through. However, it looks to me a little like it peters out a bit as you get close to the rim by the T in CENT. I would expect a strike-through to be equally defined over its whole length. I'll be interested to read what others think!

Same here. I am also interested to see what other members think. Very interesting coin for sure. It does peter out around T in Cent.

It looks like it is. But, it's still confusing sometimes. It could of easily been something like a wood splinter.

It does appear to be struck through something, though.

Maybe a struck through rim burr, any zinc showing on the edge?
