Hello! Here is a kirin province struck 20 Cents. I find this coin unique since it features a central mintmark to denote mint location. Also, this follows the TaiChingKuo system, with English legends on the reserve. I seldom see this on ebay, etc. I believe it is of scarcer type, compared to Kwangtung and Hupeh struck coins of the same denomination.
