1967 Quarter Error On Front

I found this 1967 quarter and saw these lines on the front and at first didn't think to much of until I took a closer look.Does anyone know of this error it kind of resembles the back of a Wheat penny on the wheat leaf part.

Looks as if it were damaged going through a coin rolling machine.

Maybe look closer at the pics you will see there are two uniformed lines running parallel to each other and come to a point shape . Pretty sure that this is from the ment

definately did not come from the mint like that, it is from a coin sorter or coin wrapper, and is considered PMD..

Common PMD. We see these often, but it is damage.
