I'm not seeing a chip, although just above the 5 could be one. Or it could have metal separation from being damaged. It looks like the 5 and the 9 has taken a good blow in circulation and has been damaged, post mint.

I'm seeing moved metal resulting from circulation hits. Of course, I don't have the coin in-hand so I can't evaluate under different lighting and sight angles.

It was just damage I cried up a little bit on the piece and it just came up so it was damaged thank you guys again

Note the thin layer on the top of the '5'? I feel that is from a small struck through debris that is now almost falling on if the top of that device.
