I happen to have a 2015 d Lincoln Cent with a highly visual Brockage on the Reverse that also has some serious discoloration, and I was wondering if this would be considered a valuable error or not, and if I identified this error correctly.(I find it easiest to see both stamps when looking at the "E" in the word "CENT" and noticing the backwards "E" from the word "ONE" stamped across it from the Reverse image produced by a Brockage strike.)

To me it looks like glue on the coin.

I agree. Two coins glued together, one freed leaving an image behind.
