1969-D Roosie W/ Interesting "Squirted" Rim Fin

Was redoing some dimes in album and noticed this "squirted" rim finning. The slightly MAD and an over-pressure strike caused the inside copper base to "squirt" around the edge inside the collar. Guess this will have to be called "Ring around the collar", what was that commercial, Tide or All?

Poor joke...
