By the length of the obv legend the second one is almost certainly Trajan.
Reverse legend reads OPTIMO PRINCIPI

Hadrian bust looks around 117-118

and the reverse looks like Fortuna seated holding rudder and cornucopiae.....

Shot in the dark..RIC 541?
