This coin had a very rough life in circulation and you can see all of the pushed in and displaced metal from getting hit from something sharp. Worth face value. Errers and Varietys. Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74846 Posts	Posted 01/21/2018 5:44 pm Here's what RPM stands for. Repunched Mintmark. Up until 1990, the mintmarks used to be punched in by hand, so if the placement or position was off, they would have to try again and repunch the Mintmark in its correct position.
