Ms64. The cheek is slightly weakly struck giving the appearance of discoloration or rub, but it looks like the high point wasn't entirely filled at striking. Nice toning.

Beautiful coin and if you are keeping it raw, and getting it for a good price, there's no reason not to buy it.

But it will never make it without detail if TPG'ed, as there has been some rather robust top polishing. At least that's the appearance from those photos.
