Appears to be a Diagonal Struck Through from the top of the Steps to the Window of the left side of Monticello on the Reverse? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Don't think it's a strike thru, just PMD and here's why. Note the RED circles are showing a piling up of metal, pushed in the directions indicated by the piling up or shadows. The YELLOW is a division line of direction, like shifting a knife blade when slicing meat, will angle the cut.

You can see the pushed up metal and it moved since it got dinged. Probably got dinged up when it was traveling while in the mint bag to get rolled up at the bank.
