Welcome to CC! Your cents are common and worth 1 cent in those conditions. Memorial cents only move up in value when they are in mint state....like this:

Technically, most people will tell me it's worth 1 cent and they made billions. Then the guide books and such likely put it at 50 cents. However, as being a serious collector that's searched tens of thousands of cents, it's VERY rare to find one with toning like this that is also high grade. If I were selling it today, I'd probably put a $10-15 price on it....but that's just me and my opinion.
