*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***I have a 2000 Quarter that looks like its missing the bottom stamping. Can anyone tell me what they think this is that I have found coin roll hunting?

I agree grease filled areas on the coin. The rim is full. So the devices weren't worn off the coin. Probably several of these happened before it was discovered.

I will keep it thanks everyone and the sides look slightly worn I would post a pic but I'm on my phone not on my computer. The front is the same way the top is missing all lettering and Georges head is only thing visable on front with a light quarter dollar on bottom.
