Really nice! I'm on the fence between XF-45 and AU-50. It think ultimately it's XF-45. For either grade I think it would CAC!

40. Looks like the rub on obverse high points is recent given the contrast to the darker toning. Reverse is nicer - obverse holds this one down.

For those making lower grade guesses, look at the obverse rub patterns.
