Spot on with that grade. Put it outside on the windowsill for a few weeks, turn it over each week. It will take the "just cleaned" look away.

Seems to be a pattern with the coins that were given to me. Do you only do that with copper coins? Can you really reverse the damage done by cleaning it?

Not reversing the damage, just re-toning. Sometime it comes out good, sometimes not as good.
