I don't see much circulation on your coin (usually the breasts and crown are a first indicator). I wouldn't be surprised if it grades MS; definitely not lower than AU though. Take a look at the trident, there should be a "B" stamped into the middle prong. As for cleaning, I don't suggest you do anything unless you know exactly what you're doing.
