I have never seen this before, I found this in a roll of pennies. The back looks normal, sorry about the pictures, I took it from my phone. Any thoughts?
@LB1511, first welcome to CCF. second, your cent has a countermark on it. These have been done for all the states and some folks even collect them. However, since this was stamped after the coin left the mint, there is no added premium and this cent is only worth face value.

It's a novelty piece made outside of the Mint by stamping a little image of a state into the coin's obverse. These are available in bulk as giveaways and promotional items, but they have no numismatic value.
They are called counter stamps and are a neat inexpensive area to collect. There are hundreds of different types just for modern issues. Although they don't have much value, maybe 25¢, they are fun.
