1975? Roosevelt Dime Struck Through Cloth On Reverse, Neat Obverse Too.

heres my second at bat today, it appears to show 1975, the obverse appears to have 2 different finishes. the reverse has a nice cloth imprinted on roughly 80% of coin. any opinions on possible value? thank you!

Looks more like glue on the coin that was attached to material. On a struck through cloth, you can still see the design.

the reverse looks like it was glued to something try soaking it in acetone and see if it comes off like coop says
