hello, coin experts,i found this dime in pocket change, and I noticed damage to the front, by the letter L in liberty, and on the obverse with the E in dime, and there is something raised above it, also this is my first post, and hope I found the right place with the right people, to help, thank you for looking and your opinions, and any advice, if my pictures aren't good enough, thank you very much

to CCF. First post in three years,wow. Sorry to say your dime is just damaged,PSD. Looks like maybe it was heated in someway also.
