I was cleaning this old roman coin that had so much corrosion on it that someone gave to me for practically nothing.I couldnt make anything out.

When I cleaned underneath I was surprised what I found

Can anyone ID this?
I know the front is pretty worn with no letters visible
FYI.The reverse was upside down

Thanks in advance!

Weight unknown but its thick and heavy brass/bronze.
28cm
