I don't see anything that would suggest it is a doubled die.
There are several known RPMs for that year and mint, but I can't see the mint mark clear enough to tell if that is what you have or not.

I agree with the others. I see a few scattered tick marks, but no doubling. A pic that is in focus might help.

I don't see anything that stands out. You may have a minor RPM (Repunched Mintmark), but it can't be identified with the picture.
