I picked up some rolls at the bank one is a bank rolled tube with knurled edges and it is written uncirculated on them. Should I open them?

There are millions that were saved. We won't live long enough for them to be worth over face unless they are TPG 67 or better.

I'd open them, like mox says, not worth much and anything can be written on a roll.
