looks like a "filled die" probably had grease on the dies filling the letters

Looks like a Struck Through Grease. A nice one. If you could add the denomination of the coin in the title It would be appreciated. Also could you post a pic of the reverse?

The value for a filled die error doesn't really rise until 80-95% of the devices are missing.
