Found this today going through my DC quarters looking for doubling. It was the first ome I looked at. Also, something going on above the E.

Looks like a contact mark on the upper part of the 'E'. PSD
After the edited image was posted
I see one area showing a die chip. But I don't see any hub doubling on these images.

It's difficult to tell with only those closeups, but they may both be hits that pushed metal up to imitate die chips.
