I observed this quarter for a while and found some differences on it compared to other quarters. Because I'm a beginner on this, I want to understand what happened to it. I hope you could point out what happened to it . Thank you!

It looks like MD on the eagle. The rest looks like circulation wear and damage: scratches and possibly coin sorting machine damage.

with above.Machine Doubling on the back of Eagle's head and top of the wing and the devices.Long scratches and contact marks due to circulation.
