It's an ancient Roman coin of emperor Aurelian, who ruled 270-275 AD. Pretty sure it's RIC 352 on here, SAECVLI FELICITAS (Joyous Times), Aurelian standing with spear and globe:
http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/aurelian/i.htmlI added that in there for fun, but I thought I had at least put basic attribution info... sorry for that!
The coin is a double denarius, or Antoninianus. It was legally a silver coin, but by 270 would have been used about like we would use quarters or half dollars today; it was only about 2% silver and had negligible buying power.
And yes, the other coins are a token and a medal.
Glad the coins are finally getting the appreciation they deserved!
