Hi,
Nice Trade dollar! I don't see any obvious wear so I suspect it will make mint state. The scuffs in the field will limit the grade somewhat, but it has enough luster to make MS-62 IMO. There is a flat spot on Miss Liberty's head but that is probably due to strike. Business strike Trade dollars always seem to have slight weakness on the head.

The coin looks genuine. However, with all the high-grade counterfeits out there I would want this coin certified if it were in my collection.
