coat is what is caught me eye. Anything?

Bottom of CEN"T" is not flat.

The reverse does not show the opposite side of the area I need to see. The top of the left wheat lines and the 'E' on EPU.

Quite possible that glob on front is glue, slightly irregular for a Cud but do need to see if there is a weakness as Coop mentioned on upper left stalk on reverse. Soaking in acetone for a few hours may tell too.

Looks like it wan't there when the coin was struck. It is were a Cud, then the E & P on the EPU would not be there. So check to see if it is glue? It may have been on there for some time as the reverse rim is lowered a bit during circulation.

No glue, I'm assuming you mean the chip missing on front lower left?

Also the 2 shiny spots on rear top and bottom are raised like the top of a stretched M

Those shiny spots are from coin wear after someone dropped the coin and bent the rims a bit. (bad thing to happen to drop a coin)
