Strong, well preserved portrait. I'm intrigued by that incomplete "S" in the legend. The reverse isn't quite as appealing, but overall it receives my seal of approval (for what little that's worth).

US=40, GB=VF. Really quite nice. If it were a U.S. coin it would be worth a bunch.

IMHO it's an EF-40. The obverse seemed higher (even with the slightly flat hair near the ear) until I saw the reverse high point wear.
