Diameter:21mm
Mass: 2,82 gram

What is the grading of this coin?

Does it still have luster?

The surface looks rough, but IMHO there's no signs of wear.

With a lot (if not all) details still there, I'd say XF at least, won't be surprised at all if someone says Uncirculated though.

VF with environmental damage which caused the grainy appearance. Too much wear (lion etc.) to be EF.
