Does that coin can be graded as a MS coin? Peru 50 soles 1951.

I am having some difficulty in reasoning why I do not see any mint luster on an otherwise nice looking coin.
Has it been scanned or photographed?

There does not appear to be any circulation rub, but the fields cannot be checked for disturbance because the photos are much too monotone.

Does the dirt that appears inserted in the laurea around the shield (with cornucopia) detracts the coin value?
