Seller labeled the two Farthings as EF, and the Halfpenny as EF-AU. Bad quality photos, but I'm seeing luster on these. How would you grade them?

As you mention, the photos are tough to work with. If the grades are US, then all is well, as those proposed grades look to be accurate.

UK grades would probably be a half to a full grade lower.

All three look quite nice.

On the Sheldon scale, both farthings are better than EF by a long shot. If they're priced commensurate with an EF grade, then purchasing them is a no-brainer. I don't see much of anything regarding the halfpenny that puts me off, either, although I'm not quite as impressed with it as I am the other two.

Yeah, don't be fooled by the dark color... those are "blackened" types. Even the Brits wouldn't demand that they have full red lustre...

In US grading, all those pieces are UNC or quite close to it

I'd agree with the seller's grading - realeswatcher is right, these farthings were artificially darkened by The Royal Mint to avoid confusion between shiny farthings and half-sovereigns!
