I cannot see the date, but it's a Philippines 10 centavos. This was minted under US Admin, from 1903-1935 either in Manila or San Francisco. KM #165 (1903-06) was .9 silver and KM #169 (1907-35) was .75 silver.

Both of your scans come up as the obverse, but that's okay, it's from the Philippines.

It does...just below the striding gal (in Tagalog): Pilipinas.  I'm guessing the date is 1921?

They are from the Philippines, which was a US territory at the time. .750 fine, I think.

yes 75% percent fine... i have seen some posters here saying they could not find details over the internet... he he he... I guess that's easy... just search ebay and try to type any identifiable words you see in the coins..
