I didn't bother taking the time to obtain the best focus of the obv. for grading since that is not the purpose of this thread. I just wanted to show the label:

I really would like to get a warm fuzzy feeling from the community if sending this coin to PCGS would be worth the chance/money to confirm the existence of an RPM.

These are some newer photos that may or may not shed some extra light on the subject.

My deadline to send my eight coins in is this coming Friday, the 16th of Feb. So, any opinions received will be appreciated and weighed out compared to the consensus.

Thanks in advance

It might be an RPM ... although in my experience the various varieties known for the classic silver commemorative series do not add any premium to the coins value.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

It might be! but it's more indicative of a damaged MM punch then an RPM.and it does not look like an inverted MM.
Rest in Peace

Unless PCGS lists it as a variety, they won't encapsulate it as such. Same with NGC.

Looks like something is happening, but as Nickelsearcher said, there is almost no value difference between varieties for most CSC.
