All,

As a beginner, other than unique serial #'s and the obvious Blue & Red seals and older dollars, are there things I should be looking for in addition to unique serials?

Thanks

There are a bevy of collectible categories....
Fancy serial numbers, which include ladders, radars, solids, repeaters, binaries, low or high serial numbers.
Error notes, star notes and some collectors challenge themselves with block collecting.

I recommend you browse the threads here or visit this website, http://coolserialnumbers.com/FancyS...Numbers.aspx

Thank you Clarence, John, and Steve. Steve I assume "block collecting" is a block of consectutive serials is that assumption correct? If yes, my bank has offered to give me brand new bills sensei go through so many. Should I take them up on it? Also, in my Friday batch ($800 $1 Bills) and the ($600 Rolled Coin) there was about 30 new consecutive serials, is that common? Sense I started,it was the first time I saw that.
