It's beyond damagedbeen driven over a few times plus zinc rot by sitting in the water for sometimes, better spend it before it falls apart.

Coins in that condition only deserve a quick glance for a major variety. Any smaller errors/varieties would be worthless. I make myself look at them, but I don't look for minor doubling, die cracks, clashes, etc. (if they could even be seen). The condition removes any premium for those.
