Trying To Determine Type Of Doubling On 2000 Maryland State Quarter

This coin has doubling on almost all the lettering on both sides.

Can anyone verify whether this is most likely Machine Doubling or a case of both dies being badly doubled?

Thanks for the quick responses. I am new to the Forum. I started collecting coins in the '50s, but just as a type-collector - had a bookcase of Whitman folders. I did not get interested in varieties and errors until about a year ago. I thought I might really have something with this quarter, but some quick research made me decide to get some expert advice. I will be posting other items in the near future. Thanks again.
