as seen just to the west of the ear is a raised line. By eye it looks to have the same shape and length of the ear. (I know my eyes sometimes play tricks on me after looking at something so long they make things up) I myself do not believe this to be a linear plate bubbling because when looking at entire coin the plate lines look to run in an say 4-10 oclock direction, and the line is so crisp just doesn't look like a bubble but I am no expert by any means... might this just be a gouge/break?
I myself would think with all the research done looking into 84 DD's if this was in a DD realm it would have been identified by now? but this is why I am here asking people with more knowledge.
any and all input/opinions on this coins issue would be greatly appreciated Thank you

I think you are a bit too close in your pic to tell, try and back off a bit with another pic also a full pic will help.

That good I can zoom in on that, but it does look like a normal cent to me.

It looks like a coin scrape. Note how the area is raised a bit lie pushed snow. Something may have damaged that area on the coin.
