Nope, there were over 10 BILLION of the combined large and small dates turned out by Philly, it was mid-late summer it shifted, so estimate 1/3 of 10 BILLION or 3.3 BILLION are out there...more than all the Aliens combined!

In high grade they are quite valuable.

As a collector, it's the hardest coin to find in high grade of all the 1982's. The issue is plagued by LDS reverses, weak strikes, spots - and generally looking like they went through a meat grinder. Here's a pair of 65's for reference:
