2018 P Lincoln Cent Reverse Struck Through? (From Purchased OBW Ebay Roll)

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 77058 Posts	Posted 02/13/2018 8:43 pm I found this in a OBW BU roll that I bought on ebay. You can see the weird and stringy thing like if it was Struck Through. It is a weird one and I don't think it's Post Mint Damage as it was fresh from the roll as it came out like that. What's funny is the Royal Canadian Mint has solved the milky spot problem with the Mintshield Technology.
