2018 P Lincoln Cent Reverse Struck Through? (From Purchased OBW Ebay Roll)

I found this in a OBW BU roll that I bought on ebay. You can see the weird and stringy thing like if it was Struck Through. It is a weird one and I don't think it's Post Mint Damage as it was fresh from the roll as it came out like that.

So it's just a stain? Just trying to learn here as I didn't exactly know what it was. This is how it came out of the roll.

I have no idea to be honest but remember these can get many dings,dents and scratches before they ever even leave the mint
