1986 P 1c LMC Die Break, DDO, Mint Error?

I am purely at odd with how to classify this coin... seems to have a few things from what I can see and have learned... appreciate input.

seems to be from the ear and going South east quarter of the coin...

I see evidence of Die Deterioration, which has caused DDD on the date, 6 especially as a "ghosting" or plate disturbance. Notice the beginning of forming the secondary ring around the rim, on the fields 360°, and look at the ragged die stressing under the bust. Die is about shot.
