I think the 10 dinara is EF, perhaps even EF/AU.

There is very minor wear on the king's hair, as well as scratches on the chin and gouges above the brow and to the left of the ear.

Why do you think the first coin is cleaned? I don't really see traces of cleaning.

I think cleaning because 1915 silver so good conserving (bright) I think is rare and much for hi grade like MS65. Just for that. Silver Canadian are much toned for a 100years coin. From my little experience.
