Wasn't sure at first if this was a strike through or a detached LAM. Appears to be a detached LAM>

It appears to be a struck though debris, maybe a wood grain!

It is a lamination. If it were a struck through, you probably wouldn't see the letters under "STA' on States. Also the whole area would be the same depth. Note the different levels. Different depths of the lamination.
