Thanks for the feedback, nickelsearcher. I may send this one to a TPG, even if just to have leverage to ask for some compensation or refund from CNG. I would rather not send the whole lot back for one coin, but the coin is still under guarantee. For what it's worth, my scale clocks it at 12.47g.

Here is the Roanoke:

Vermont:

And Columbus:

Any red flags with those?

No concerns from me on authenticity for those three coins ... AU55, AU55 and MS-something in the order you showed them.

Apologize as needed if I have complicated your life with my views on the Missouri ... accept that I might be wrong ... but in my many years of experience with these coins that one is not authentic.

Do indeed take whatever steps you feel are needed to protect yourself.

Let us know how that turns out.

Here's the rest of the classic commemorative halves from the lot:

Monroe Doctrine (Cleaned, but it checks out as silver )

So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Lexington-Concord
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Stone Mountain (Wanted one of these for years; I probably won't sell this one)
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Long Island (Looks a lot better in hand; nice lustrous graphite color)
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Rhode Island 1936-S
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Arkansas 1936
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Booker T. Washington 1948 (Is it worth more than melt with that contact mark?)
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

Washington Carver 1952-D
So-I-Done-Bought-Me-A-Couple-Commemoratives...

I am probably going to get the auctions up soon; selling one per week, no reserve style, and the rest probably as BIN.
