I quite like it. Seems to have smooth, pleasant, uniform surfaces and nice color. Not an easy thing to find on most 09's.
Some obverse marks, not a major distraction but will subtract a few points. Reverse stronger than obverse, also as typical.
As far as final grade, it would net at G6. A nice example!

I would say VG-8 probably details from the obverse mark.

numismatic student, if it is OK with you I would like to show you my 1809 VG8 for comparison. Sorry for the glare! Notice how the obverse is weaker than the reverse. This is typical of 09's. You have a nice example there.   |
