What do you grade this 1949-P Roosevelt dime? Would it qualify for FB and/or FT designation? I know the 1949-Ps were usually pretty weakly struck. Thank you.

I'm curious.. why do you say it's not MS? It has cartwheel luster.. is it AU then? Also, what is stopping it from being FB? Here are a few more pics that show the luster a little better..

Collecting Rosies myself, and they can be tough.
Agree it's not MS due to the "wear" on the flame of the torch and leaves on the reverse.
The Obverse looks almost MS, but a bit hard to see from the photos. But if no real "luster" left on the coin, then probably a high AU state as suggested by moxking. Torch is close to FT, but just not enough separation in the bands for a FT designation. I personally like "blast white" Roosies, and not a fan of this type of toning, but that is definitely personal preference.
Enjoy - rosies are a fun collection. Very few are expensive, and love the way a "blast white" CAPS album is coming together on them.
