Hey all-

I've added a lot of new notes to my collection as of late, and I'de like to hear how some of you store large collections.

I have a safe, I'm talking more of a note-by-note basis.

Are those 3 ring inserts that hold 3-4 bills any good? Most of my new purchases are in crisp unc condition, so obviously I'd like to keep them that way.

Is my best bet to just stick with the single-note plastic sleeves?

Thanks guys/gals!

I think the three-ring inserts or individual sleeves both work very well. I would rather use the individual sleeves because I feel I can store notes more efficiently that way. (Easier to rearrange with new acquisitions.)

I like the 3 per page system in binders. They are quite large and can fit almost any size note.

I'll hang on to them for ya!

Seriously though, I like the stiff individual sleeves
for keeping each note. Then I put my notes, still in
the sleeves, into a 3 per page binder.

So, yes and yes. Both work well together.
1 to keep the note at it's best, then the other to
keep your collection in order and viewable.

I do exactly what ratio411 does - the stiffer individual holder, then into the 3-per-page binder pages.
I feel a bit better about handling / rearranging them when they're in the stiffer individual holders.
