Hello, everyone!
This is my very first posting. I have a very unusual 1992 D Lincoln Penny which has part of the back of the coin pressed on top of Lincoln's face. Can someone please give me some advice about this coin? I have no idea how this happened to it.
Thank you

Based on your description, it sounds like it was put in a vise with another coin, which bored people seem to do quite frequently, but without pictures it's impossible to know for sure.

The best way to tell is if there are any letters on the obverse from the reverse of the coin, are the normal (raised) or mirrored (also incuse) in shape?
