2004 D Roosevelt Dime Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74770 Posts	Posted 02/20/2018 10:54 pm Mark, for the Lincoln cents, they stopped punching the mint marks by hand in 1985 for proof coins and 1990 for business strikes I think.
